LA Angels Pitcher Andrew Heany To Receive PRP Treatment

The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim American professional baseball team recently announced that famed pitcher Andrew Heany will be receiving a platelet-rich plasma injection in his injured left elbow.  The team’s general manager Billy Eppler explained that Heany currently suffers from a flexor muscle strain.  After multiple tests including two MRI scans it was decided that a PRP injection would be the best treatment option.
